BUY FROM WHERE YOU ARE

Less running around.
More clarity before you buy.

Remote car buying lets you compare vehicles and work through the deal from home. Our car buying concierge service handles research, dealer conversations, and quote comparisons while you stay in control of the decision.

We help bring the important details to you: a salesperson’s walkthrough video, written pricing, answers about the vehicle, and a plan for paperwork and delivery. You purchase directly from the dealership; Deal Snipers helps coordinate the process.

FROM FIRST CALL TO DELIVERY DAY

How remote car buying works

  1. Tell us what you want.

Share your preferred vehicle, must-have features, budget, ZIP code, timeline, financing plans, and any trade-in. Tell us that buying remotely and home delivery are priorities so we can include them from the start.

  2. Find vehicles—and sellers who will work with you.

We research suitable new or used vehicles and ask dealerships whether they can support a remote purchase. We compare the vehicle price and delivery costs together, so a distant listing does not look better simply because shipping was left out.

  3. See the car through a walkthrough video.

We ask the dealership salesperson to send a video of the actual vehicle. You can request close-ups of the exterior, interior, features, mileage, and any visible wear or damage. It is a chance to ask specific questions before moving forward.

  4. Arrange an independent inspection for peace of mind.

For a used vehicle, we can guide you through scheduling a mobile mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection and test drive. You can also request an independent inspection of a new vehicle for added peace of mind. Confirm that your chosen mechanic’s service includes a test drive and that the dealership permits access.

The mechanic’s availability, scope, road-test conditions, and fee must be confirmed separately. A walkthrough video is not a mechanical inspection, and no inspection can guarantee that every issue will be found.

  5. Negotiate the complete deal.

We request written, itemized out-the-door quotes and use comparable offers to negotiate. We review fees, add-ons, incentive conditions, and delivery charges. We can also ask motivated sellers about delivery assistance or other extras—then confirm any agreed benefits in writing.

  6. Review and sign from home.

When the dealership supports electronic signing, it can email you a DocuSign link to review and sign the eligible purchase documents remotely. Some lenders, dealerships, or registration requirements may still call for mailed originals, notarization, or an in-person step. We ask what is required before you commit to a remote purchase.

Review the final price and terms before signing. Confirm payment instructions directly with the dealership using a verified phone number, especially before sending a wire.

  7. Coordinate delivery to your driveway.

We help coordinate dealership delivery or third-party vehicle transport. Confirm the delivery address, access, transport charge, estimated arrival window, and who is responsible for arranging the carrier before booking. Exact driveway access depends on the delivery vehicle and location.

At arrival, check the vehicle’s condition, mileage, keys, and agreed accessories. Photograph and document any damage on the delivery paperwork before signing the receipt.

Know what is included.

Deal Snipers provides buying support and delivery coordination. The dealership sells the vehicle; the dealership or a third-party carrier delivers it. Independent mechanics provide inspection services. Our service fee, vehicle purchase, inspection, and transport charges are separate unless your written agreement explicitly includes them.

Remote car buying questions

Can I buy a car without visiting the dealership?

Yes, when the dealership and the parties handling financing and paperwork support a fully remote transaction. We confirm the seller’s process early. If an in-person step is required, we will explain it so you can decide whether to continue or consider another vehicle.

Can I sign car-buying paperwork through email and DocuSign?

A participating dealership can email a secure DocuSign invitation for documents that allow electronic signatures. This does not mean every document can be signed online. Ask which documents require originals or other verification and how those will be handled.

Can you help with used car delivery?

Yes. We can help research used vehicles, negotiate with the dealership, guide you through arranging an independent inspection, and coordinate delivery. Vehicle availability, inspection access, and transport options vary.

Can a mobile mechanic inspect and test-drive the car for me?

We can guide you through booking a mechanic who offers that service for new or used vehicles. Confirm the inspection checklist and road test with the provider before paying, and confirm the dealership will make the vehicle available. Deal Snipers does not perform the inspection.

Is home delivery free?

Not necessarily. Some dealerships may agree to include or discount delivery as part of the negotiation; others charge separately or require third-party transport. We help you compare the total cost and get agreed terms in writing.

What if the dealership will not sell remotely?

We can look for another seller willing to work with your needs. A motivated dealership may offer more flexibility, but we cannot promise that a particular vehicle, price, or delivery arrangement will be available.
